Small packets are sent through Fedex and Bluedart courier. While make every effort to ensure that goods are properly packaged and that there are no damage during transit, but sometimes things are beyond our control.
Therefore, it is important that you insure your shipment. A small amount usually 2% of the invoice value is charged by courier co. to ensure your package against all damages. If an item is found to be damaged during transit (after you have open the packet), you are requested to immediately inform us so that we can take appropriate action and arrange for full refund from insurance provider subject to their terms & conditions.
Wrong item delivery
We dispatch hundreds of packages every day and research indicates that human error rate is 0.5%. If you have received wrong item, then we wil take it back and refund full money or replace it with correct item, once it reaches our warehouse.
Cancellations due to unavoidable reasons
There are times when a buyer opts to cancel an order due to unavoidable circumstances. We do understand such concerns, and would allow a customer to cancel an order, if not dispatched.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the invoice value would be levied as part of the cost incurred in packing and processing order. Orders that have been dispatched can’t be cancelled and no refund would be issued, if returned
Cancellation due to non performance of solar system
There are many factors which impacts the efficiency of solar system such as electricity situation in the city, way panels are installed, electrical parameters etc. Once, system is installed, it can not be taken back.
